I think your company is very honest, professional, courteous, and above all, thorough with the cleaning of the carpet. I was at home when the carpets were cleaned and I have two indoor cats. The owner of the company was present at the time of the cleaning and he took extra care for the safety of my cats which I appreciated. I enjoyed dealing with this family run and owned business and they are from the "Old School of Ethics and Professionalism."
